• Wash: Cold, gentle machine wash (max 30°C) with similar colours. Don’t soak or wring.
• Bleach: Do not bleach
• Tumble dry: Do not tumble dry. Dry in the shade.
• Iron: Low temperature. Do not iron on the print.
• Dry clean: Do not dry clean

Orders ship from the Netherlands, usually within 1 working day. If a piece takes longer to ship, it says so on the product page. Delivery then takes 2–4 days within Europe and 1–2 weeks everywhere else. 

• Netherlands: €4.95. Free shipping on orders of €75 or more.
• EU and UK: €12.95. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
• Rest of the world: €19.95. Free shipping on orders of €250 or more.

IMPORT DUTIES:

• Living in the EU? There are no customs or import duties between our countries, so there is nothing to pay when your order arrives.
• Living outside the EU? Our prices do not include import duties or customs fees. If your country charges these when your order arrives, the delivery company will ask you to pay these fees before they hand over your parcel.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces need to be unworn and unused, with tags, in the original packaging, with your proof of purchase.

• If you need a different size or decide not to keep a piece, you pay for return shipping. 
• If we made a mistake, the piece is faulty, or the measurements clearly differ from our size chart, return shipping is on us.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is approved.
